All firearms will be sent out insured with tracking numbers. Shipping charges area to be paid by buyer unless otherwise specified at initial contact. Please refer to the posted shipping rates in the How to Buy section for current prices.
If you purchase a firearms and other items on the same order All items will ship to the FFL dealer we do not offer split shipments on the same order.
Please inspect your order. Once delivered if you have a shortage this will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery & we will be glad to rectify any missing product. Please email our office with your contact info, original order number and what was missing from your order. Please note we will not be able to help you on a shortage that is not reported within the 3-day time frame of delivery.
Due to the possibility of damage during shipping, all items are shipped insured. If you receive an item that is damaged, please have your tracking number ready and contact the shipper directly to place a claim. Please retain all boxing and shipping materials as they may need to be inspected prior to a claim being settled. Should any damage occur, Fords Firearms will be happy to assist you with contacting the shipper, but will not be held financially responsible for the item or its replacement cost. With purchase of the insurance, the buyer assumes all risk associated with shipping damage. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
All orders are sent Signature Required to verify delivery it is your responsibility to make sure someone will be there to sign for the package any returned orders due to lack of signature will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site even before the order ships. Our business is not set up to change orders easily and need our customers to be sure of their order before placing it via the web site. If you place an order and want to change it the only option is to cancel the order. Any Cancelled orders will be subject to a $45.00 cancellation fee. We immediately start to process the paperwork for orders so we cannot guarantee that the order will be able to be stopped before shipping out . ANY orders cancellations must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, There are no phone cancellations. Please include your order number, name and reason for the cancellation & in the Subject title mention Cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request but there is NO guarantee of this since we are shipping hundreds of orders per day from multiple warehouses and it may take up to 24 hours for a cancellation once emailed. If an order is shipped out and you still want to cancel you will be responsible for the the return ship and 20% restocking fees.
Refunds on cancelled orders are processed at the end of our business week every Sunday. If you cancel on a Monday you will not see the refund processed until the following Sunday. You will receive an email refund confirmation once processed. Please Note, after the refund is processed the banks may take 1 -4 business days to transfer funds.
Orders that have shipped out and are then changed will be subject to shipping fees both ways and a 20% re stocking fee

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
There is a 3% Charge on any Credit Card Services.
